We are seeking a technically exceptional engineer with deep experience in automation and AI who is eager to drive innovation and accelerate our quality engineering capabilities. In this role, you will take ownership of quality across two of our most critical digital product groups—customer-facing and agent-facing web and mobile platforms—setting the technical direction and ensuring every release meets the highest standards of excellence. You’ll have the opportunity to be both hands-on and strategic, architecting automation frameworks, evaluating and implementing AI-powered quality tools, and developing and executing quality strategies that directly impact product velocity, defect escape rates, and user confidence.
