Sr Director Vendor Management

Job description

The Sr Director of Vendor Management will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive vendor management program across the enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a robust framework that ensures strategic alignment, risk management, and cost optimization in our vendor relationships. This is a leadership role that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in large-scale vendor management. Key Responsibilities: - Vendor Management Framework: Create a comprehensive framework, including policies, procedures, and standards, and establishing a vendor governance structure with defined roles and responsibilities. - Vendor Performance and Risk Management: Conduct thorough analysis of vendor performance, risk, and compliance to inform strategic decision-making, and implement programs for vendor performance management, risk assessment, mitigation, and monitoring.
