Manufacturing Engineer – Electrothermal Group Location: Busek Co. Inc. Department: Electrothermal Propulsion Position Summary The Manufacturing Engineer supports the development, optimization, and execution of manufacturing processes for electrothermal propulsion hardware used in aerospace applications. This role bridges engineering and production, ensuring hardware is built efficiently, repeatably, and in compliance with stringent quality and configuration control requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, document, and maintain manufacturing processes for electrothermal propulsion components and assemblies - Translate engineering designs into clear, executable manufacturing work instructions - Support precision mechanical assembly of aerospace hardware, including hands-on build and troubleshooting as needed - Identify and implement process improvements to improve quality, yield, and manufacturability - Collaborate with design engineering, quality, and test teams to resolve manufacturing and assembly issues - Support production readiness, scaling efforts, and transition from development to production - Define tooling, fixtures, and equipment required for assembly and test - Su...
