Description LUV Car Wash was founded in Sept of 2021, and we have rapidly grown to over 80+ locations in 6 states, including CA, NV, FL, GA, PA, and NJ. We are looking to add a Maintenance Training Manager to our growing team to help us continue our mission to become the best car wash in the industry. General Summary of Duties: The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor and operational leader within the Human Resources department. This role partners closely with the VP of HR to drive employee engagement, strengthen organizational culture, and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives. This position also leads new hire orientation to ensure employees are successfully integrated into the organization. Reports to: Vice President of Human Resources FLSA Status: Exempt: Physical Demands: - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. - Travel up to 25% of the time is required to execute training and perform quarterly market visits.
