Job description

The Willaneen provides short term crisis accommodation for women and children who are escaping Family Violence. This position is within the Accommodation Services which is accessible to women and children escaping Family Violence. This accommodation service offers equal support to women regardless of age, race, culture, sexual preference and class. This role is to support the individual needs of women and children, including property readiness for clients, and general support tasks as directed by Team Leader or Manager. This position is to ensure: the safety and security of residents residing at the Refuge. This position is to provide: general support to women and children during afterhours. This role is not responsible: for Client Case Management duties. for Client Intake and Assessment into Refuge.
