Position Title: Security Guard (2 positions) Location: Albany, NY: Grade/Classification: PT/ Hourly: Salary Range: $19.36 - $24.94: Bargaining Unit: CSEA Inc., AFSCME, local 1000, AFL-CIO Janitorial Services Assistants and Security Guards Negotiating Unit FLSA Status: Non-Exempt: Last Revised: April 4, 2024: Primary Purpose: Under the direct supervision of Building Services staff, the Security Guard serves as the first contact for employees and visitors who enter DASNY headquarters and is responsible for maintaining the overall safety and security by patrolling the premises, monitoring video surveillance, inspecting the building, and controlling access points.
