Work Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Compensation: Salary Range: 25.50 - 38.50 Union Position: No Department Details: Assisting with telehealth appointments for providers across the system. In addition, helping a very busy primary care team with indirect work (messages, medication refill, paperwork competition etc.). Hours will be Mon-Fri 8-5. 5-day a week coverage needed for telehealth. Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients. Job Description: Responsible for the coordination of care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various other nursing interventions. Collaborates with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
