Food Service Associate - Per Diem Job Description: Food Service Associate is responsible for two primary roles, Starter and Dishwashing. They are also responsible for initial tray set-up of patient room service trays and for washing dishes upon return of trays. They must properly clean, sanitize, and maintain service, preparation, and delivery areas and equipment in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
