Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate and execute all maintenance, repair, and installation work for facilities, equipment, and machinery. This includes both routine tasks and emergency repairs. Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, such as those from OSHA, and company policies. Conduct safety inspections and train staff on proper safety protocols.
