As a Maintenance Supervisor at Ackermann Group, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Community Manager to oversee all day-to-day needs of the community. The Maintenance Supervisor must possess adequate trade-related proficiency and communication skills to deliver excellent customer service as well as strong tactical and technical ability to effectively maintain the campus and all mechanical, and structural needs of the property.
