This is accomplished by using automated systems to review, enter, and update claim information that supports case management, adjudication, timely payment of benefits, quality control, and reporting and tracking. This position is responsible for accurately completing claims filing and backend processes, processing employer separation reports, gathering required statements, resolving claimant issues, performing identity verification, detecting and reporting fraud or overpayments, and providing excellent customer service during every interaction.
