Role Mission: Build, maintain, and scale reliable automations and AI-powered workflows that streamline operations across Prop Firm Match. This role turns ideas into production-grade systems using n8n, Python/TS, and API integrations, ensuring high reliability, observability, and measurable business impact. Requirements: Top 6 Performance Objectives: 1. Deliver high-impact automations for core workflows (first 60–90 days; ongoing) Outcome: At least 3 production workflows live within 90 days, saving time or reducing errors by measurable %. 2.
