**ACTIVE TS/SCI SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED**: As a SCRUM MASTER you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on SCRUM Master joining our team to support our intelligence customer in Springfield, VA. HOW A SCRUM MASTER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: The SCRUM Master is responsible for the following: - Guide scrum-team through all sprints of a program increment, removing impediments and championing the team - Organize and facilitate sprint planning and release planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other agile related events - Track and communicate team metrics and sprint/release progress to all teams and management - Assist the scrum team in developing and estimating user stories that are clearly articulated with well-defined acceptance criteria - Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on product and sprint backlogs - Assist with internal and external communication - Assist product owners with backlog grooming - Assist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition - Determine and remove impediments that interfere with the ability of the teams to deliver assigned goals - Facilitate di...
