Job description

Job Title: Shipper/Receiver Job Summary: The Shipper/Receiver role is responsible for shipping/receiving agricultural parts and machinery and following company quality standards and in adherence to daily production schedules Responsibilities: Ensure the accuracy and quality of shipping and receiving contents compared to packing slips, and transfer orders. Follow standard work procedures for shipping. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery or route of materials to other departments. Maintain quality records for reporting and note packing slips discrepancies. Coordinate with day/night shift regarding the completion of all appropriate paperwork and responsibilities. Train new warehouse associates and existing warehouse associates whenever necessary. Follow standard operating procedures and quality control procedures. Operate forklift in a safe manner. Actively participate in continuous improvements, lean initiatives, and other related activities. Work in accordance with Health & Safety regulations, Company rules, policies, and procedures.
