Waste Connections, Inc. is looking for a Inside Sales Representative to join our GROWING Charlotte, NC market area. This role is perfect for a driven, customer-focused professional who wants to build relationships and grow with an industry leader! DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicate effectively over email and phone with customers. Respond to customer inquiries- via phone and email to resolve customer issues. Liaise with internal teams to determine service requirements, resolve issues, or complaints. Sufficient understanding of RMO and ARES, preferred. Coordinate the setup and installation of new accounts. Creates and closes out work orders. Analyze accountancy activity and suggest opportunities for service improvements to the customer. Maintain appropriate documentation, per company policy and internal controls. Reconcile customer balances and perform customer audits. Understand customers’ aging balances and our local collections policy. Reach out to Broker Accounts with any past due balances Understand broker contract language such as, price increases, terms and conditions, service increases/decreases.
