Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: The Academic/Simulator Instructor shall be responsible for the planning and coordination of classroom training. The Academic/Simulator instructor will also instruct theory of Combat Maneuvers and other required theory and tactics) Maintain electronic training records to document student performance records, training events, tasks, progress, grades, training records and individually tailored instructor comments for recommended improvements. Ensures the satisfactory completion of the Customer conducted evaluation for each student trainee in accordance with approved syllabus.
