We’re seeking an organised and proactive People, Culture & Corporate Services Coordinator to join our team on the Sunshine Coast for a 6-month contract with the possibility to extend. This is a great opportunity for an early to mid-career HR professional wanting hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, people processes, systems, and business support. What you’ll do: - Coordinate recruitment and onboarding from job ad to induction - Prepare contracts, position descriptions, and employee documentation - Maintain HR systems, records, and compliance documents - Support performance, development, and wellbeing processes - Help keep policies, procedures, and people processes up to date - Provide coordination support across office operations, assets, fleet, and internal teams About you: - You’re organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities.
