Associate Client Advisor (Energy & Power Insurance)

Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in New York, NY or Houston, TX . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This position will entail identifying client needs and delivering innovative insurance solutions by managing policies, supporting RFPs, collaborating with markets for optimal placements, developing renewal strategies, and maintaining client and underwriter relationships. We will count on you to: Identify client needs and develop innovative insurance and risk management solutions, including new product development. Manage policy administration, deliver reviewed policies to clients, and address client inquiries to ensure satisfaction. Provide technical expertise in preparing and presenting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and support senior advisory colleagues in business development. Collaborate with Energy Property Insurance markets to secure optimal terms and conditions for client placements.
