Work and Perks POSITION SUMMARY: The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning all dishes, silverware, glassware, utensils, and pots/pans, as well as providing support to other areas of the BOH. This position requires a strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and the ability to work efficiently. The Dishwasher represents Miller’s Ale House by exhibiting professionalism, attention to detail, and a desire to foster a positive work environment. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work. - Work directly with Team Members to ensure all needs are met in a timely manner. - Maintain proper food handling procedures and ensure sanitation of work areas, complying with food handling requirements. - Work closely with Team Members to ensure safety and sanitation protocols are followed according to company standards - Collect bus tubs and dirty dishes from both FOH and BOH areas. - Ensure a steady supply of clean dishes, glassware, and utensils for cooks, servers, and bartenders. - Re-stock areas for easy access by other staff members. - Provide support to cooks as needed, including occasional station assignments. - Communicate with fellow Tea...
