Create your best future and join Westpac as an Operations Manager, Transaction Monitoring What’s the role?: As an Operations Manager in Transaction Monitoring, you’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of Westpac’s financial crime surveillance activities. You’ll oversee teams who review transactions and customer behaviour, helping detect and investigate suspicious activity so risks are identified early and managed well. You’ll focus on keeping operations running smoothly, supporting your leaders, and continuously improving how work gets done. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance people leadership, operational decision-making, and strong collaboration with partners across Risk and Financial Crime. This is a 12-month contract, full-time role based in Sydney, with flexible work arrangements available.
