Overview PROGRAM MANAGER Bowhead seeks a Program Manager to support our proposal effort Administrative Support Services in Norco, CA. Responsibilities: - Will be responsible for the day-to-day tactical duties for the program. - Will be responsible for the administrative/operational leadership of this project within the program guidelines set by the Program Manager and customer. - Will monitor projects to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained. - Will provide coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensure all necessary reviews and approvals are received. - May conduct performance/project analyses during phase-down to benefit future/other projects/missions/programs. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Target salary is $100K-$120K, commensurate with experience. - BA/S is required in addition to eight years (8) of experience in military aircraft maintenance organizations. - Experience working in a Department of Navy (DON) - Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint - Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts - Strong interp...
