Ichor Systems has an immediate opening for a Senior HR Manager (HRBP) that supports a client group consisting of site-level manufacturing operations and supporting functions in a dispersed worksite environment (Sauk Rapids and Osakis sites). The role provides strategic business partnering and executional activities in the areas of organizational effectiveness, employee relations, talent management, workforce planning and HR administration. Reporting to the Sr Director, Global HRBP, this position supervises one HR Generalist. Qualifications: - Strategic HR Partnership - Partner with senior leaders to align organization, workforce and talent strategies with business priorities. - Provide guidance across the spectrum of HR matters - Act as trusted advisor and coach - Talent & Workforce Management - Identify and work with site leadership to implement employee retention strategies and practices - Support workforce planning, succession discussions, and leadership development activities. - Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition COE to address hiring needs. - Manage employee relations (ER) matters by applying expertise in mediation, conflict resolution and employment law in su...
