DCS is searching for a performance‑driven Production Control Manager to support US Army programs. A focus on either Financial, logistics, engineering, technical support and/or management of advanced networks for military vehicles and equipment. We’re seeking individuals who are excited to take on meaningful challenges, contribute to innovative solutions, and help shape the future of a fast‑evolving mission space. This position will be supporting multiple locations. Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. AA/AS from an accredited college or technical school in Industrial engineering or technology, business administration, operations management, or related degree with 6 to 7 years working in a repair or production plant. 2 years as a production supervisor. 1 academic year at an accredited college or university in an accredited preferred degree related post-secondary program for 1 year of experience. Oversee day-to-day production schedules, operational and plant activities. Review engineering recommended process changes to ensure process is appropriate with operating goals.
