The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides services and procedures that are delegated, assigned, and supervised by a Unity RN. These services and procedures are based on the RN's comprehensive assessment of the patient’s personal care needs and are documented in the Activities of Daily Living Plan of Care. Schedule: Pool 1 PRN - 16 hours minimum per month, working days/nights as needed with holidays as needed.
