Description Description: Opening Date: 04/02/2026 Closing Date: 04/23/2026: Job Title: Accounting Accounts Payable Supervisor Salary/Wage: $38.39: Tribal Level: 123.1: Location: Siletz, Oregon: Classification: Full time, Exempt: INTRODUCTION: The Accounting Department’s function is to pay, post, receive, balance and reconcile the Tribal financial records. Occasionally, an employee may be required to perform other duties that are not in their current job description. The Accounting Department operates as a team in accomplishing all activities. DUTIES: - Supervise Accounts Payable staff and clerks, ; and occasionally may act as departmental supervisor in Controller’s absence - Manage related daily banking functions - Reconcile assigned General Ledger accounts - Edit daily and weekly transactional entries and receipts - Conduct monthly exception reporting and aging report review - Investigate and provide corrections for coding errors in accounts payable - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; as required. - Prepare schedules and summaries; as needed. - Complete bank reconciliations, as assigned - Assist with internal and external audits and program reviews. - Provi...
