Marketing Operation Specialist The M arketing Operation Specialist is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, process governance, and marketing system management across all 13 countries in the Central Region. This role underpins the effectiveness of both EXN corporate and vendor-led marketing activities by providing structured workflows, data management, reporting, and analytics. The Marketing Operations Specialist works closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Vendor Marketing teams to enable scalable, efficient, and compliant marketing execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Systems & Automation Maintain data hygiene, contact segmentation, and DOI/compliance adherence across all countries. 2. Process Governance & Compliance Define, implement, and optimize marketing processes according to the Central Region SOP, ensuring campaign planning, content approval, and vendor collaboration are standardized. Ensure adherence to GDPR, and other local marketing regulations. Implement SLAs, track campaign delivery timelines, and maintain quality standards across all marketing activities. 3.
