Job description
The Specialist Adoption Architect 2 exercises judgment when following general instructions and is responsible for working independently to support adoption initiatives, focusing on resolving routine and semi-routine challenges of limited to moderate complexity. This role assists in analyzing adoption metrics, refining success plans, and coordinating small-scale workshops. Key stakeholders include Account Solution Architects (ASAs) and Customer Success Executives (CSEs), with occasional customer-facing interactions to address common adoption barriers. Note: This role may come into contact with confidential or sensitive customer information requiring special treatment in accordance with Red Hat policies and applicable privacy laws. The salary range for this position is $95,270.00 - $147,800.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation).
