This is your opportunity to join an international group with a project that needs you to help meet the challenges of digital transformation. 💻 THE ROLE: We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Senior Transformation Manager for a internacional project in the Industry and Engineer sector. 🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY: - Lead IT separation (divestiture) governance and execution, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and budget. - Define and enforce phase gates, ensuring full readiness (including security) before progression. - Manage end-to-end IT Separation Plans (workstreams, milestones, dependencies, risks, and Day-1 readiness). - Oversee IT capacity and resource planning, balancing business-as-usual operations with separation initiatives. - Drive continuous improvement by maintaining the Transformation Office playbook and incorporating lessons learned. - Reporting & stakeholder management. 💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - 5-8 years in IT Program Management, IT Transformation or M&A integration/separati...
