Senior Paralegal - Hybrid This position will provide professional legal support to the Department of Legal Affairs ("DLA") attorneys generally and/or in a specific practice area or across practice areas. This position will be responsible for the coordination, provision, and completion of various legal support tasks as outlined below or requested by a supervising attorney in support of Providence St. Joseph Health's various operations within its operating footprint. This position will manage legal matters, in partnership with attorneys, and exercise independent judgment in determining and recommending courses of action based on matter type, carrying out those actions, and bringing matters to closure. This position may also support attorneys/other DLA staff throughout DLA's offices and will interact frequently with internal and external clients, outside counsel, third party vendors and business associates.
