This position reports to the Director of Rooms and works closely with several departments. - Welcome all guests to Aurora with a friendly disposition - Regular walk through of houses to provide guest support - Tidy common areas to include dishes and take out trash - Check lighting, music and overall ambiance - On-call for daily guest’s needs (tv not working, key broken, need ice, etc.) - Elevator support when needed - Restock daily house items in individual...
