Department: 37851 Carolinas Medical Center - Lifeshare: Organ Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: M-F 8am-5pm Pay Range: $28.55 - $42.85 Essential Functions: - Supports grieving families and professional staff. - Provides access to community resources for donor families such as grief counseling and support groups. - Develops and manages bereavement workshops and events for donor families. - Ensures appropriate follow up with donor families to include evaluating and facilitating a response to post-donation requests from donor families. - Works with Community Services to lead volunteer team to expand outreach to community. - Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement. - Supports and engages staff in the connection to the mission of LifeShare.
