This role supports daily office operations, manages inquiries, maintains office spaces, proofreads materials, assists with facilitating OLLI at Iowa State classes, maintains website and social media communications, and potentially help support CELT events. You'll also provide administrative support to leadership, coordinate committee meetings, and organize data to support strategic initiatives.
