Who we are looking for?: As a Technical Sales Specialist (Cisco), you will play a key role in equipping our wholesale channel partners with the knowledge and skills to deploy, configure, and support primarily our Cisco Webex and associated CX portfolio, including enterprise grade Webex Contact Centre. You will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programmes that ensure partners are proficient in solution architecture, integration, troubleshooting, and best practice deployment whilst offering a managed service solution for the more complex deployments.
