Introduction to role Reporting to the Sr. Director, Field Operations, the Director, Reporting Strategy & Design is accountable for shaping and leading the design and strategy for all field reporting across the BBU. This role drives reporting governance, generation and innovative solutions by effectively leveraging a key strategic partner relationship. Acting as the lead customer interface, the Director champions more insightful report and metric utilization across Strategic Field Operations, engaging senior leadership to interpret information, accelerate commercial decision-making and turn insights into competitive advantage.
