Job description
Our operators are integral to our success as a plant - both to ensure safe, quality and efficient packaging of our delicious products, but also for the advancement of our people and processes. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): - Operating various automated packaging & processing equipment in the production process. - Setting up machinery and ensuring all production materials are readily available for each run. - Operating and monitoring equipment and replenishing materials as needed. - Visually inspecting production runs and documenting results. - Troubleshooting minor line and equipment issues and notifying maintenance if unable to resolve. - Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area, perform set-up and changeovers of equipment. Path for Success: Shift: Monday-Thursday 6AM - 6:30PM with occasional Fridays Wage: $20.46/hr-$21.80/hr+ $1.50/hr shift differential between 6PM - 6:00AM - High School diploma or GED preferred - Must have good attendance - Must have strong attention to detail, work well as part of a team and be flexible to help where needed - Previous manufacturing experience preferred - Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely with mini...
