Let’s Talk About the Role…: As Compliance Specialist, you will take ownership of governance, internal controls and audit readiness for the Almelo Distribution Center. You will ensure that DC operations run in full compliance with VF internal controls, standard operating procedures, ISO standards and applicable regulatory requirements. Working closely with DC leadership, Finance and Internal Audit, you will translate compliance frameworks into practical, embedded ways of working that support safe, controlled and audit‑ready operations every day.
