Job description
The Employee Relations Specialist supports a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment by managing employee relations matters, conducting investigations, helping ensure fair and consistent resolution of workplace concerns. Key Responsibilities: - Manage employee relations cases from intake through resolution. - Conduct investigations involving workplace conduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, threats, and other policy concerns. - Provide guidance to leaders and HR Business Partners on employee relations issues, documentation, corrective action, and separations. - Assess complaints and concerns to determine risk, required response, and escalation needs. - Prepare clear, timely, and defensible case documentation, summaries, and recommendations. - Support consistent interpretation and application of company policy across assigned locations. - Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive matters with sound judgment and professionalism.
