Family Medicine Residency Program Director About the Role Are you a Family Medicine physician ready to build something from the ground up? Thundermist Health Center is launching a new ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency program, and we’re looking for a founding Program Director to lead every aspect of it — from accreditation and curriculum design to faculty recruitment and resident selection, with matriculation targeted for June 2027. You’ll split your time between program leadership, precepting residents, and caring for patients at our Woonsocket site, reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer. This is a chance to shape the next generation of family physicians while advancing health equity in the communities we serve.
