The Staff Regional Sales Manager owns and drives the full lifecycle of sales and business development for Micron’s strategic OEM customers throughout their assigned territory. This role is accountable for revenue growth, design wins, forecasting accuracy, and long-term customer success through hands-on account leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Role and Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end sales execution for assigned OEM accounts and territory, from opportunity qualification through product end-of-life. - Set and deliver sales, design win, revenue, gross margin, and TAM objectives aligned to BU and corporate goals. - Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans that drive cross-BU and global collaboration. - Maintain accurate MPN forecasts using Micron’s demand planning systems and provide feedback to improve forecasting effectiveness. - Act as the customer advocate to...
