Main Purpose of the Role We are looking for a new colleague in our Gorizia plant who will join the company as Production Supervisor. The scope of the role is to c oordinate production activities at floor level by optimizing available resources in terms of people and materials. What you will do: - Responsible for orders adherence with production plans; - Co-Responsible for continuous monitoring of the overall Factory OEE, reliability levels and scrap levels; - In coordination with the Production Manager, is responsible for implementing a training program to increase the number of multi-functional operators, SOP re-instate adherence and initiate autonomous maintenance pilot projects; - Continuous Monitoring of level of compliance with modern food safety standards; - Co-responsible with Production Manager and Health&Safety department of keeping safe environmental and best standard working conditions of Operations at all Factory levels; - Manage production plan with proper optimization of working shifts cycles both for FTE and materials allocation; - Coordinate collection of data at the production floor at various level, as well as coordinate the systematic analysis of the same.
