About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Deputy Finance Manager to lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes and oversee accurate financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP. This role will manage a sizable accounting team, coordinate external audits, support FP&A with variance analysis, and deliver high-quality financial reporting for senior management and Board presentations. Oversee and manage the tax team to ensure precise and timely tax reporting, including the review of corporate tax returns and related filings, while acting as the primary liaison with Ernst & Young Tax.
