Job DetailsJob Location: Lake Region Healthcare Corporation - FERGUS FALLS, MN 56537Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $133,000.00 - $171,000.00 Salary/yearJob Category: Nursing - ManagementThe Director of Inpatient Services will provide leadership and 24-hour support and accountability for coordination of the safe provision of patient care in the areas of: Fergus Falls - Med/Surg ICCU, Women's and Children's Inpatient, Wound Care Elbow Lake - Hospital Inpatient, Emergency Dept, Trauma They will provide strategic leadership for the above referenced departments across the Enterprise, including the Trauma Program in Elbow Lake. Operational functions include strategic planning, management change, quality improvement, safe staffing, financial planning and implementation. The role is accountable for supporting staff with excellent communication, engaging in process improvements that improve retention and recruitment. This position is responsible for the care of patients across the age continuum including their families and support people.
