The Role We are looking for someone who has been on the carrier or TPA side of insurance claims and wants to bring that expertise in-house. You know how the claims process works because you have lived it. You have managed caseloads, worked with adjusters, and understand the levers that move a claim forward or let it stall. Now you want to own the process from the inside, driving outcomes for one company instead of managing a book of 150 files. This role also owns our field safety program, connecting what happens on claims back to training and prevention . Key Responsibilities: - Own the full lifecycle of all workers’ compensation, general liability, and auto claims across four states.
