The Parts Manager, Data Centers owns the end‑to‑end parts business for industrial standby and prime-power generator sets serving hyperscale, cloud, and enterprise data centers. This role ensures parts availability, pricing integrity, and order accuracy across OEM channels and independent dealer channels, optimizing fill rates and lead times for mission‑critical customers. The manager partners closely with Supply Chain, Service, Field Operations, and Channel Sales to forecast demand, manage inventory, improve dealer experience, and drive profitable growth in the aftermarket portfolio. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 5 years of parts experience 3 years of leadership experience Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business; APICS/ASCM (CPIM/CSCP) a plus.
