Sr. Director, Engineering Program Management

The Opportunity We are seeking a Sr Director, Engineering Program Management to lead all aspects of and ensure delivery of the full portfolio of projects and programs for Adobe Unified Platform! Furthermore, you serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the leadership team – framing decisions, shaping priorities while driving alignment across multiple teams. In this leadership role, you will deliver complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will partner with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You will also manage the health of the overall portfolio and propose tradeoffs related to resources, sequencing, and prioritization. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
