Job description

o Vacuum office areas weekly o Empty trash containers in common areas o Transfer trash from collection hoppers to dumpster o Wipe windowsills, window interiors o Maintain vinyl flooring, including stripping/waxing as required o Stairwells are maintained o Papers and other work-related materials are not to be disturbed in workstations and offices o Production area walls, floors, ceilings are kept clean and done so in a safe manner. Floors are to be kept cleaned and waxed to reduce particulate contamination. Major activities coordinated with Production personnel. o All production parts, tooling. And other miscellaneous production related materials are to be protected. Materials and tools are not to be relocated by Custodians without Production personnel approval. o All hazardous materials, whether owned by the Production department or Physical Plant department, are to be handled in a safe responsible manner. o All cleaning chemicals are to be properly labeled. o Ensure that all regulatory programs are adhered to, specifically the procedure for introducing new chemicals into use. o Special training is required to ensure compliance with accepted clean room maintenance practices. o Lear...
