As a Quality Assurance Associate , you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the quality and service they expect. What You’ll Do: - Customer Care: Deliver results and provide an optimal customer experience. - Maintain Quality & Safety: Identify non-conformities, keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhere to 5S principles, and follow all safety procedures. - Support Team Objectives: Maintain flexibility to support shifting departmental needs, including helping in different areas of the warehouse when required to ensure timely task completion. - Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts and other machinery; maintain a valid Forklift Operator’s license; change batteries and propane tanks as needed. - Critical Decision-Making: Comfortably make decisions on allowable deviations, disposition of non-conforming material and help investigate cause for defects. - Part Returns: Process all types of...
