Senior Data Analyst, Global Scaled Growth

Job description

The Global Scaled Growth team drives data-informed strategies to accelerate advertisers' growth, improve lifecycle performance, and unlock scalable business opportunities across global markets. We partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering, to identify growth levers, measure business impact, and enable strategic decision-making through data. Responsibilities: - Partner with stakeholders across Growth, Product, Marketing, and Operations to define key business questions and deliver actionable insights. - Analyze large-scale advertisers, products, and campaign data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and performance drivers across global markets. - Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks to monitor business health and track strategic initiatives. - Develop analytical frameworks to evaluate advertisers' acquisition, retention, engagement, monetization, and lifecycle performance. - Conduct deep-dive analyses, funnel diagnostics, cohort analyses, and experiment readouts to support growth decision-making. - Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to improve data quality, instr...
