Facilities Maintenance Technician – Part Time

Description Schedule : 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday- Friday Position Overview: Under the direction of the Facilities Supervisor, the Facilities Maintenance Technician performs a variety of duties in accordance with company policies and procedures. This position is non-supervisory and works part-time during the school year, with the option to work extra hours during school breaks/holidays. Duties include maintaining the facility and projects as needed. Facilities: Safety: - Complete routine maintenance tasks as assigned - Assist Facilities Supervisor with special projects as needed - Perform and document quality inspections based on Facilities Quality System requirements - Perform routine and scheduled maintenance tasks to include: grounds care, common areas, trash and recycling, safety inspections, monthly and quarterly inspections, and routine and preventative maintenance as assigned - Communicate with supervisor when issues occur - Follow all safety policies Maintain Work Practices: - Maintain work environment to 5S standards - Punctual: begins work on time and returns from lunch and breaks on time - All paperwork and database entries filled out completely and accurately - Promote a...
