A Brief Overview: The Patient Access Quality Assurance Specialist ensures accuracy and excellence in registration and scheduling processes. This role involves conducting audits of patient registrations, appointment scheduling, and financial clearance processes. The QA Specialist is also responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support the Patient Access and Scheduling teams in achieving high standards of accuracy and compliance.
